At Pedaltrain, we stand by the quality of our pedalboards and power supplies. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, mounting hardware, and accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
