We recommend using our online Pedalboard Planner tool. You can select your specific pedals and drag them onto various Pedaltrain models to find the perfect fit for your signal chain.
What is included with my pedalboard purchase?
Each Pedaltrain board comes with a fitted soft case or tour-grade hard case, professional-grade hook-and-loop adhesive for securing your pedals, and an assortment of zip ties for cable management.
Do you offer international shipping for electronics and accessories?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items in your cart.
What is your return policy for Pedaltrain products?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that adhesive velcro that has already been cut or applied may void return eligibility.
Are your power supply mounting kits compatible with all brands?
Our universal mounting kits are designed to fit most major power supply brands. However, specific brackets are available for popular models like Voodoo Lab and Strymon to ensure a flush, secure fit.
How do I track my order once it has been placed?
